What We Will Do
Guide you through an initial coaching based on 3 pillars: YOUR SADDLE, YOUR HORSE, YOURSELF.
Eliminate mobility restrictions. One of the main causes of restrictions is actually a poorly fitted saddle. It can lead to physical problems (visible or hidden), behavioral issues, and be a significant silent barrier to training progression
Prepare your horse with groundwork based on Tristan Tucker's method, to encourage relaxation, improve coordination, and prepare the horse to maintain a calm attitude in a competition environment. Optimise the warm-up phases, helping your horse focus, stretch, and activate deep muscles so that it can be fully available for dressage or jumping exercises
Include yourself in the equation! With proper physical and mental preparation. If you set an example for your horse by being aligned, flexible, and centred, it will catch up much faster!
How We Will Do It
By updating the foundations on which you are training
We will focus on clear, simple yet deep and precise preparation for both your horse and yourself
We will work on relaxation, body awareness, and coordination for both you and your horse. Then, we will add balance, tone, and flexibility
We will cultivate focus through your breath
We will boost confidence so that you can ride with the technical skill that let you access subtlest sensations on horseback. True to yourself and your horse
We will establish trust and security within the partnership to occupy both your full place, regardless of the crowd pressure or competitors surrounding you
